As a Senior Technical Expert at Oracle, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our esteemed customer base. Your primary focus will be on providing expert-level technical assistance and guidance to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in resolving complex issues related to the installation, maintenance, and usage of Oracle products.
About You
- You hold a degree in a technical field or have equivalent experience.
- You possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with 2+ years of expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, OEMs, and VARs, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of multiple Oracle products, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements.
- Routinely work independently, utilizing your analytical skills to research and develop effective solutions to complex customer problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional modules, such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and HCM.
- Understanding of JDE architecture and technical knowledge of databases, operating systems, XML, Java, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong functional troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Career Level: IC3
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
