Job SummaryThe Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-life cycle salary recruiting efforts for high-volume hourly positions within our Aguascalientes and Tlaxcala Plants. This role requires a strategic recruiter with experience in managing junior recruiting team members, building strong relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers, and driving process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, train, coach, and mentor two junior recruiting team members to achieve talent acquisition metrics and goals.
- Act as a recruitment subject matter expert through partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
- Analyze success against metrics and create and execute plans to achieve ongoing process improvement.
- Identify areas of opportunity for adapting HR procedures to support local operations and efficiencies.
- Maintain university and professional association relationships to attract early talent.
- Lead competitive intelligence and best practices around hourly hiring processes and strategies.
- Optimize the employee onboarding processes.
- Coordinate efforts and manage hourly recruitment process with vendors and internal recruiters for two plants.
- 4+ years combined Human Resources/Recruiting experience and college-level education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate in English is mandatory as the team is international and it's our collaborative language.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume operational roles in a similar industry or environment is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines to achieve plant results.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and processes.
