Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat Conduct remote diagnostics, replicating client issues across various environments Identify the most effective solution based on the problem and details provided by clients Guide clients through the troubleshooting process Take full ownership of client issues from initiation to resolution, ensuring effective technical solutions for clientsRequired Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Operations Support Willingness to work on weekends and during late shifts Proven technical skills in Linux administration Experience in troubleshooting and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical users Proficient in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2+Preferred Qualifications
ITIL certification or experience with ITIL-based processes Familiarity with Javascript and Python (ability to read and understand code) Experience with Gsuite productsTechnologies Utilized
