Cluster Revenue Director

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Director to join our team in Delhi, Lucknow. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead the revenue management team to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform revenue management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, operators, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and revenue management software.
