Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a variety of wellness services and entertainment programs, including special events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wellness programs and services that meet the needs of our guests, including fitness activities, spa treatments, and wellness workshops.
  • Establish schedules and methods for providing wellness services, including identifying resource needs and managing budgets.
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives, as well as policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
  • Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate programs related to the area of assignment.
  • Prepare periodic reports and maintain files and records.
  • Maintain and design the online entertainment registration program.
  • Serve as staff liaison on various community-related committees and subcommittees as assigned by the department director.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and order supplies and materials, monitoring expenditures.
  • Respond to complaints and requests for information.

Requirements

  • Degree in vocational hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
