Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving order management issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for order management issues and escalations
  • Communicate effectively with customers, commercial teams, and logistics partners to resolve issues
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, working closely with the team to implement changes
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) daily

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and stressful situations
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
