Holland House Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with our operational team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
- Represent Holland House Mexico at industry events and conferences to expand our network and build brand awareness.
- Manage proposal tracking and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless execution and follow-up.
- Report directly to the Consultancy Manager in Mexico, while collaborating with regional directors for cohesive coordination.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, commercial growth, or strategic partnerships.
- Education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- 4-5 years of experience in the commercial sector.
- English mandatory.
- Availability to travel if required.
- Location: Mexico City.
- Previous knowledge or experience in sustainability services or related fields (desired, not mandatory).
Work Modality:
- Hybrid (Office-Home Office).
