Holland House Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate with our operational team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
  • Represent Holland House Mexico at industry events and conferences to expand our network and build brand awareness.
  • Manage proposal tracking and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Report directly to the Consultancy Manager in Mexico, while collaborating with regional directors for cohesive coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development, commercial growth, or strategic partnerships.
  • Education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the commercial sector.
  • English mandatory.
  • Availability to travel if required.
  • Location: Mexico City.
  • Previous knowledge or experience in sustainability services or related fields (desired, not mandatory).

Work Modality:

  • Hybrid (Office-Home Office).
