**Job Summary**
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team at Molex. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for collaborating with various business units to ensure the effective execution of HR strategies related to compliance, company culture, headcount, training, and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify employee needs by regularly visiting the production floor to provide support and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as rotation, absenteeism, and headcount, and implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and ensure timely hiring.
- Collaborate with the training area to develop strategies and analyze the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs for new joiners and existing employees.
- Act as the HR ambassador for your business unit, promoting company culture and ensuring compliance with internal work regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Support the organization of special events and ensure the execution of internal work regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze potential disciplinary measures and participate in audits.
- Actively support internal programs and campaigns.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree
- Senior experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Leadership skills, experience in coordinating and coaching others
- Knowledge of STPS, Federal labor law, and NOM 035 requirements
- Advanced English language skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Dynamic personality with hands-on experience working with different teams
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF, and RBA standards
