We have an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to work supporting one of our clients as a Technical Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure operations to ensure smooth and efficient services.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain security and functionality.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement strategies for improving system reliability and performance.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Show proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support end-users.
