Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Billing Analyst to join our team at MSCI Inc. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our billing procedures, preparing and sending invoices, and ensuring billing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve billing procedures to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency
- Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Monitor billing queues to ensure the billing of all sales and revenue recognition
- Communicate with clients and other departments to resolve issues and provide clarifications
- Ensure clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements
- Prepare reports and meet billing deadlines
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and written skills
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
- Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
