Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to improve business processes
- Develop and implement integration solutions with other systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Upper Intermediate conversational skills
- Industry and project experience of 3 to 6 years in ServiceNow
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
- Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives at the same time
- 3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions
- 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow
- Strong experience in any of these modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM
