Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications to solve business challenges.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure seamless operation of the applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Certified Expertise: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
  • Experience Matters: At least 3 years of experience developing custom applications on ServiceNow.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration methods (REST/SOAP).
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively in a remote team setup.
Nice to Have
  • Additional certifications like CSA, CIS, or CTA.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
