About the Role

Nissan Motor is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our inbound call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and businesses who own a vehicle through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) or Infiniti Financial Services (IFS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound phone calls from customers and businesses regarding loan and lease accounts, including technical support assistance to the NMAC/IFS website.
  • Provide service to NMAC/IFS dealerships and/or third-party financial institutions inquiring about payoffs, titles, and other subjects.
  • Identify current account status and take appropriate action to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain a quality standard on all phone calls, ensuring a minimum overall average percentage of 70% compliance with our call model and state and federal regulations.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to proactively resolve customer concerns and prevent further callbacks.
  • Adhere to guidelines to achieve a minimum target of 95%.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of the auto finance industry.
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service techniques, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Business acumen, continuous learning, problem resolution, negotiation, and analytical aptitude.
