Bilingual Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Respond to inbound phone calls from customers, dealerships, and third-party institutions, resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and guiding them through the correct process according to their original request.
- Maintain a high level of quality on all phone calls, ensuring a minimum overall average percentage of 85% adherence to our call model to guarantee compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Utilize available tools and resources to proactively resolve customer concerns and prevent further callbacks.
- Adhere to guidelines to achieve a minimum target of 95%.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of excellent customer service techniques, preferably in a call center environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office

**Schedule**
- Availability to work 48 hours per week
- Schedules may fall within the time frame of 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 6:00 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays
