As an Independent Business Development Representative for RIX Group, you will act as the official Country Representative, driving growth in your region. Your key responsibilities include:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients in Retail, Banking & Finance, or Consumer Electronics sectors
- Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing C-Level, VP, or Director-level connections to unlock business opportunities
- Market Representation: Enhance brand visibility and growth by acting as the official Country Representative for RIX Group
- Customized Solutions: Present clients with tailored solutions based on your deep industry knowledge
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement independent sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor in your industry
- Extensive Industry Network: Proven connections at the C-Level, VP, or Director level in Retail, Banking & Finance, or Consumer Electronics
- Hunter Mentality: You are proactive, driven, and excel at securing new business opportunities
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to work independently and manage your business efforts
- Financial Stability: Capable of supporting yourself during the initial 9-month ramp-up period
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of your sector and the ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers
- Adaptability: Flexible approach to changing market conditions and creative problem-solving skills
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and the primary language of your country
