About the Role

This role is responsible for the development and adoption of TAVI therapies in an assigned market. This position will design and execute a therapy awareness plan that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific Interventional Cardiology division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual marketing plan, ensuring the implementation of strategies and activities defined for the TAVI Category.
  • Ensure sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth of the TAVI Category.
  • Prepare and implement promotional materials focused on the sales channel attended.
  • Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues that have the greatest effect on the use of company products by meeting with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify key patient journey and referral networks opportunities and strategies for TAVI therapies.
  • Develop and enhance relationships through therapy awareness activities, routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observation, trade show participation, and problem resolution.
  • Develop and continually enhance relationships with administrative hospital personnel to gain knowledge on unique hospital business dynamics and to identify key decision makers.
  • Define educational strategic programs to educate physicians on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  • Lead Field Clinical representatives' clinical training on TAVI and Sentinel therapies.
  • Develop action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports.
  • Lead Market Therapy analysis for TAVI: Competitors, behavior patterns, prices, portfolio, and clinical data.
  • Develop new accounts by generating the correct go-to-market segmentation.
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions.
  • Secure HCPs interaction process aligned with BSCI compliance policies.

Requirements

  • Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ease of travel at least 30% of the time: Nationwide.
  • Understanding of value generation in the Health Ecosystem.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Good presence/presentation and ease of speech.
  • Statistical analysis handling with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Tableau – desirable.
  • Self-Directed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Base in Mexico City.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/sales/FCS/medical device training or Pharma, preferably in the interventional cardiology area.
  • Experience as a project leader (verifiable).
  • Business acumen; Understanding P&L and business value.
