Position Summary
- The mission of the Deployment Team Leader is to drive the successful deployment of digital tools and capabilities across Schneider Electric's global operations.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization.
- Specifically, you will collaborate with the Central Planning Team and North American Production sites to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard suppliers on the SSP SRM 2.0 SupplyOn tool, ensuring high adoption rates and user satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance to internal team members on the effective use of the SupplyOn tool, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Monitor and analyze adoption levels, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive increased usage and adoption rates.
- Partner with business stakeholders, including Plant Upstream Leaders, Supply Chain Managers, Procurement, and Logistics, to deliver targeted adoption goals and maintain or exceed KPI targets.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
- Manufacturing experience/exposure preferred.
- Project management/project controlling experience.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in the English language.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.
- Demonstrate strong ability to work with and influence others not within the direct reporting relationship.
- Proactively supports peers to promote knowledge-sharing, collaboration, teamwork, and personal development.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work with multiple time zones, as needed, to support the business and assigned projects.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position.
