Hedlyner is a music lover's dream come true. As a company that aims to inspire more live music shows, we're looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized sales professional to manage lead generation and outreach efforts. This role will be responsible for meeting or exceeding new lead registration quotas, supporting new venues through the registration process, and coordinating with the business development team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed new lead registration quotas
  • Support new venues through every aspect of registration
  • Reach out to designated business leads and identify opportunities to expand Hedlyner's reach
  • Coordinate with the business development team
  • Maintain organized customer files and detailed records of communication and follow-up
Requirements
  • Prior customer service and sales experience
  • Fluent English writer and speaker
  • Based in Mexico
  • Creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work from home and self-manage schedule
  • Access to a solid internet connection
