About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial part in our company's success by working collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and key functional areas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their products, business systems, and strategies, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process orders, obtain order coverage and forecasting, manage change requests, and maintain frequent communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with our global sales organization and key functional areas to ensure the execution of our annual sales plan goals.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (100%);
  • APICS - CPIMMRPSISTEMAS JIT certification (desired);
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • SAP system knowledge;
  • 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or a related field (desired);
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
