We're seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Mexico City. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or collections, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be comfortable making 125+ calls per day and possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening and call control abilities.
This role also offers opportunities for leadership development, and the successful candidate may have the potential to develop into a leadership position within the company.
In this role, you will:
- Understand the unique needs of potential clients to close sales and meet company performance metrics
- Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sales goals
- Utilize active listening techniques to establish a connection, gain insight into customer requirements, and successfully finalize sales transactions
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire sales process
- Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data
The salary for this role is $19,161.00 - $19,161.01 per month, with additional benefits including unlimited sales bonus, attendance bonus, referral program, and more.
