About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Life Sciences & Health team in Mexico City. This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior management and scientific end-users across all Latin America.

About You
  • Native domain of Spanish and business proficiency level in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience selling services, technology, and information solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and training skills.
  • Commercial awareness and technical appreciation of the life science market sectors.
  • Experience working in or for the local and multinational pharmaceutical industry.
What We're Looking For
  • Maintain existing subscriber base through renewals and grow revenues from within existing accounts.
  • Identify potential new customers and grow revenue in new accounts.
  • Prepare an account plan for each selected organization, including an organization profile, revenue analysis, relationship profiles for contacts, SWOT analysis, use of services, strategy for growth, objectives, and implementation schedule.
  • Devise overall strategy for each assigned key account, with the help of the Regional Sales Manager and other support functions.
  • Acquire detailed in-depth knowledge of Clarivate's products and keep up to date with Clarivate services and organizational campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for identifying training and developmental needs for yourself on an ongoing basis.
  • Report back from customer training sessions, recording customer feedback, gathering customer intelligence, and follow-up as required.
  • Maintain and update sales progress reports and other administrative reporting mechanisms according to agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction with all Clarivate services and functions.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position supporting LATAM core business hours. 40% travel in LATAM.
