We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at New Life Mexico. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with surrogate mothers and egg donors to gather information, introduce our programs, and address their needs.
  • Review and complete Egg Donor/Surrogate Mother Applications, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Update the Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother Database with accurate profiles, conducting quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate medical preparation of surrogate mothers and egg donors with local doctors in Merida.
  • Organize travel arrangements for surrogate mothers and egg donors to Cancun for embryo transfer.
  • Develop and maintain Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother profiles, creating weekly and monthly reports to track progress.
  • Ensure high-quality care and satisfaction for egg donors and surrogate mothers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality control processes and implement creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker
  • Fluent English speaker
  • High education in sales, marketing, management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, management, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel abroad

Work Environment:

Office-based position with occasional travel to Cancun for embryo transfer.

Compensation:

$20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month.
