Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Altios International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with product development and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, progress towards targets, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
