Position Overview
The Operations Executive will oversee all operational facets within our facilities. This role encompasses various departments including local supply chain management, process engineering, customer service, inventory management, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of the facility, ensuring optimal performance across production, continuous improvement, and engineering.
- Manage operational costs, labor expenditures, and budgetary controls.
- Promote lean methodologies within the operations team and throughout the organization.
- Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a skilled and cohesive workforce.
- Communicate effectively with team members to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and supply chain management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements for manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive operational improvements.
