Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Match received materials with invoices and purchase orders
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damage
  • Fill out necessary documentation and update systems
  • Store materials in designated areas, following warehouse management guidelines
  • Provide accurate GR numbers for finished services
  • Participate in periodic inventory activities to ensure system and physical materials are aligned
  • Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the right site
  • Support quality control in the quarantine area
  • Participate in kitting processes and organize transportation of parts and tools
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or certification
  • Fluency in Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual)
Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
Desirable:
  • Experience in companies with similar sectors or activities
Competencies & Skills:
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Effective communication and transparency
  • Microsoft package skills
  • Lift truck operation
