Job Title: Warehouse Storekeeper

Alstom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Matching received materials with purchase orders and invoices
  • Reporting any discrepancies or damage to the warehouse manager
  • Filling out necessary documentation for warehouse activities
  • Identifying and storing goods in their designated locations
  • Providing accurate Goods Received (GR) numbers for finished services
  • Participating in periodic inventory activities to ensure system and physical materials are aligned
  • Operating lift trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
  • Supporting quality control in the quarantine area
  • Participating in the kitting process
  • Organizing transportation of parts and tooling
  • Defining transportation types
  • Storing and updating necessary documents
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or certification
  • Spanish language proficiency (mother tongue or bilingual)
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Experience with ERP SAP
  • DC3 License
Desirable:
  • Experience in companies of the same sector or related
