**Job Overview**
The Technical Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing timely, effective, and personalized support. This includes interacting with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex customer issues within established response times.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for product improvement.
- Process and record calls accurately, maintaining high-quality documentation for reference purposes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide seamless support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 0-3 years of experience in software application or technical support, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
- Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Windows operating systems.

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
