Job Summary

Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Apodaca, Nuevo León. As a key member of our Advanced Technical Support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to Schneider Electric personnel and customers, including electrical distributors, end users, original equipment manufacturers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Schneider Electric products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend solutions for industrial applications and provide application and solutions support for Schneider Electric focused segments.
  • Diagnose root cause of product failures at a component level and develop, update, and review knowledge-based documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies or related fields.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in Field Service, Technical Support, or Customer Relationship environment is a plus.
  • High level of aptitude and interest in technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for both electrical and customer issues.
