Regional Revenue Manager Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our revenue in the US and Canada, focusing on non-LAC corridors in the Northeast region and the entire Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and sales representatives to execute revenue and volume strategies.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing to train sales teams.
  • Evaluate market conditions, recommend pricing initiatives, and work with marketing and product development teams.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with agencies, consumers, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on pricing initiatives, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Analyze and recommend pricing for new corridors, pay-partners, and products.
  • Participate in Go To Market projects with internal and external departments.
  • Monitor competitive pricing and exchange rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical standards.

Working Conditions:

General office working conditions with a hybrid work schedule, with up to 30% international travel required.
