About the Role

As a key member of the Uber Advertising organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and growing one of our top priorities. Our team is dedicated to empowering agencies to succeed on our platform, driving exceptional outcomes for their advertisers.

The focus of this role is on:

  • Establishing Uber Advertising as an essential partner to the largest agency holding companies.
  • Building and nurturing long-term, strategic partnerships with agency partners.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, sales initiatives, and account planning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute account plans aimed at educating agencies, driving demand, building partnerships, and fostering advocacy and trust.
  • Partner with external stakeholders and internal leadership to align on business priorities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and leadership teams to deliver on established revenue goals.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to address complex relationships and partner conversations.
  • Share marketplace insights with cross-functional teams to help shape advertising products and strategies.
  • Host quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other key meetings with internal and external leadership.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales or working with agencies.
  • Proven success in building and managing a multi-million-dollar advertising business.
  • Experience partnering with agency leadership to create growth plans and drive demand.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market opportunities.
  • Strong listening, communication, organizational, and account management skills.
  • Proficiency in developing data partnerships and managing first-party data solutions.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and solutions across the funnel.
  • Creative storytelling ability, using data to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
