About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Planning and Execution: Engage with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor to develop and execute business plans that drive profitable growth.
  2. Pipeline Management: Own and manage an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within our CRM system (Compass) to ensure timely completion and maximum revenue potential.
  3. Sales Floor Enablement: Run desk training, tool training, and drive product mind share on the sales floor to enhance sales performance.
  4. Customer Engagement: Support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth, engage directly with customers depending on role requirements, and communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
  6. Escalation Point: Serve as the point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor.
  7. Web Tool Development: Provide direction for the development and maintenance of web tools such as InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL), vendor micro-sites, and online configurators.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with Technical or Business field of study required.
  • Skills: Basic clerical and data entry skills, ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency, and effective communication skills.
