Job Description

This role is responsible for managing our Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and ensuring the accuracy of all data. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring data security, granting access only to authorized personnel, and maintaining employee data in Paycom.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software and databases. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain its confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the HRMS and ensure the accuracy of all data
  • Ensure data security and grant access only to authorized personnel
  • Maintain employee data in Paycom
  • Generate and share reports with other management teams
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and make necessary changes
  • Train and support other users of the HRIS system
  • Ensure the HRMS complies with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Ensure the HRMS performs well and resolve system errors
  • Assist with data audits and ensure data quality is correct and complete
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software and databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Location and Salary

This role is based in Ciudad de México, CDMX, and requires relocation before starting work. The estimated monthly salary is $36,667.
