Key Responsibilities:
• Sell products and services from assigned VISHAY businesses to customers in an assigned region.
• Provide forecasts, analyze market conditions, and build effective stakeholder networks.
• Identify lead opportunities, negotiate proposals, and coordinate assignment realization.
• Implement business and product marketing campaigns in assigned markets.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers in all commercial matters, ensuring VISHAY is perceived as a global market leader.

Leadership Expectations:
• Lead a dedicated local sales team in a territory (local) area assigned.
• Manage budgets, sales targets, and measures.
• Ensure sales staff follows given guidelines and adheres to standards.
• Manage stakeholder and customer contacts or claims accountably as the first escalation instance.
