Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Protect Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and expanding our customer base in the accommodation, transport, OTA, travel & tours, and ticketing, events & sports sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and develop proposals to meet client needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Attend events and conferences to represent Protect Group and build relationships with potential clients.
- Submit progress reports and sales forecasts to ensure targets are met.
- Manage data accurately within Protect Group's CRM system.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in new business generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Enthusiasm, high degree of integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and proactive approach to work.
- Well-organized with previous experience using CRM systems.
- Fluent English is a requirement of the role.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the accommodation, transport, OTA, travel & tours, or ticketing, events & sports sectors.
- An established network of contacts in the industry.
- Prior experience working in a business development role.
