Salary
The estimated salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This competitive wage includes:

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to elevate our clients' digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-performing landing pages, optimizing checkout flows, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landing Page Design & Optimization (70%): Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact landing pages that align with client goals and brand identity. Utilize A/B testing and analytics to iterate on layouts, CTAs, and overall user experience to improve performance.
- Checkout Flow & UX Improvement: Optimize key user flows, particularly for checkout processes, ensuring minimal friction and maximum conversion. Analyze user behavior and identify pain points to inform design updates.
- Paid Ads & Digital Content Creation (30%): Design visually compelling creative assets for paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. Ensure all assets align with the broader UX strategy and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and checkout flows that drove measurable results.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance-driven design, particularly for e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with CRO tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Hotjar.
- Knowledge of basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
