Job Summary

As a Sales and Convention Manager at Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences, you will be responsible for driving group and convention sales, achieving pre-established goals, and utilizing appropriate sales programs and procedures. You will also be responsible for carrying out multi-faceted projects and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process group requests, ensuring accurate information is collected and entered into the Envision system or operating system being used.
Develop and deliver group proposals, leveraging the productivity potential of each client and utilizing the Envision system and DBRs to inform decision-making.
Foster strong business relationships with clients through personalized attention and regular communication.
Conduct public relations activities with decision makers to translate relationships into sales.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury hotels.
Advanced English language skills.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
