About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including sales targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
