About the Role

The Client Onboard Rep 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments, focusing on delivering high-quality results with limited supervision. This role requires collaboration with internal partners to ensure seamless system maintenance and client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Process client requests related to system setup, including signatory updates and documentation lodgment.
  • System Maintenance: Collaborate with internal partners to perform system maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
  • Client Communication: Provide responses to client and internal inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Prepare documentation for archiving and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Apply appropriate bank regulations while processing requests, staying up-to-date with current procedures, internal rules, and external regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Document operation procedure updates and propose process improvements with the support of the Manager.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process, and client knowledge.
  • Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the field of finances and banking, bank products, and customer communication experience.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty, high attention to detail, and good PC skills (Excel, Word).
