- System Maintenance: Collaborate with internal partners to perform system maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
- Client Communication: Provide responses to client and internal inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Documentation: Prepare documentation for archiving and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Regulatory Compliance: Apply appropriate bank regulations while processing requests, staying up-to-date with current procedures, internal rules, and external regulations.
- Process Improvement: Document operation procedure updates and propose process improvements with the support of the Manager.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process, and client knowledge.
- Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the field of finances and banking, bank products, and customer communication experience.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty, high attention to detail, and good PC skills (Excel, Word).
