Key Responsibilities

  • Hardening platforms and products before and after deployment, reviewing design, security, and implementation, and developing auxiliary tools and monitoring critical health indicators.
  • Maintaining platforms and products after deployment, measuring and monitoring availability, performance, and overall system health.
  • Recovering platforms and products during production incidents to meet targeted service-level agreements.
  • Conducting detailed root cause analysis and post-mortem analysis.
  • Seeking proactive improvements in non-functional requirements and collaborating with development and product teams to enhance operational aspects of platforms and products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience.
  • Experience interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with specialization and/or Master's degree.
  • Intermediate or Advanced English level (B2).
  • Availability to travel.
