Job Summary

FIS seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist Engineer to provide high-level technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing expert-level support and guidance.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Respond to technical support requests from customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, including design engineering and software engineering.
  3. Provide training and support to customers on the use of FIS products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of FIS products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
