Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handle an average of 40 calls daily, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Accurately enter or verify customer information in LexisNexis, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Conduct full check verification for new customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contact issuers to verify check information before processing transactions
- Identify and propose solutions to management for any problems or issues that arise
- Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- One year of experience in customer service in a call center environment
- Strong phone etiquette and experience dealing with difficult customers
- Positive attitude and analytical skills
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Check cashing or banking experience preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends
