About the Job
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Support Analyst In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Under direct supervision, perform customer support inquiries, service requests, system failures, and capacity issues; escalate issues to the development team or platform support team.">
- Follow procedures for start-up and shutdown of Controller View software, recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups.">
- Under direct supervision, monitor issues with clients, exchanges, and internal teams.">
- Under direct supervision, distribute information to customers regarding new releases or product updates or changes.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree required and comparable experience.">
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.">
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.">
