Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Team Lead to join our team at Teletech Holdings, Inc. As a Bilingual Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and Develop Associates: Provide guidance and coaching to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage Multiple Tasks: Manage multiple, complex tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Mentor and Motivate Team: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve company and client goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Utilize Technology: Utilize various TTEC and client tools and applications to accomplish required tasks, troubleshoot technology issues, and support outage processes.
  • Impact Financial Health: Lead with compassion, help retain employees, and influence other drivers including absenteeism and occupancy to impact the financial health of the company.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent: Possess an associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
  • Performance-Driven Culture: Promote a performance-driven culture and work towards reaching amazing results.
  • Time Management: Utilize time management skills and manage priority tasks.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
