We're looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our team at Tesla. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from automotive enthusiasts to hobbyists. You'll be working closely with our technicians and managers to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and providing expert guidance to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess technical issues over the phone or escalate them to the Shop Foreman/Service Manager as needed. You'll also be responsible for accurately documenting customer concerns and data into our Dealer Management System.
In addition, you'll be conducting seamless transactions, guiding customers through corrections, and summarizing processes. You'll coordinate vehicle details before delivery and confirm customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For- A strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including hand and power tools, shop equipment, and automotive testing devices.
- The ability to follow instructions with attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office.
- A proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies, establish cooperative relationships, and maintain accurate daily records.
- A valid driver's license in the country of employment.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
