About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our Franchise Performance Support team to ensure a seamless process for hotels and clients.
  • Develop tactical and strategic sales and marketing plans with hotels, owners, and management companies to maximize hotel revenues.
  • Lead regional sales efforts for a portfolio of IHG hotels, performing sales prospecting, developing qualified leads, and converting room business.
  • Develop regional account relationships with group meetings planners and corporate business accounts.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years progressive work experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a multi-property sales role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical and business knowledge, as well as multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.
  • Possesses strong sales skills, follows a sales process, and understands prescribed methods and practices.
  • Able to analyze STAR, Hotelligence, Market Vision data to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport easily.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
