About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Consultant. This is a hands-on role that requires you to work independently in making business decisions, expanding our service portfolio, and managing the recruitment sales function.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new client relationships and expanding our service portfolio (Contract, Perm, K2U, K2K).">
  • Managing the recruitment sales function and ensuring it delivers against sales targets and long-term strategic growth.">
  • Developing and executing search strategies, nurturing your network of market-leading professionals, and collaborating with colleagues in other areas of the business.">

Requirements & Skills

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment or technical recruitment role.">
  • Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space.">
  • Solution Sales techniques and ability to develop new client-generating and recruitment strategies.">
  • Languages: Advanced English.">
