As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and workflows to support our business operations.

Your primary focus will be on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. You will also be responsible for customizing ServiceNow instances using scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
* Customize ServiceNow instances using scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts
* Participate in the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, scripting, and development tools
* Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
* Experience with ServiceNow application lifecycle management and deployment processes
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
* Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques
