Sales Coordinator for Business Growth

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing databases, implementing Power BI Projects, and documenting sales support tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with experience in sales or marketing preferred but not required. You will work closely with travel partners and representatives to ensure maximum return on investment and provide troubleshooting assistance.
**Responsibilities**
• Develop, implement, and enhance high-impact business reporting
• Analyze and disseminate competitive data regarding products, services, and pricing
• Prepare weekly sales reports for the leadership team
• Monitor market strategies and identify sales opportunities
• Ensure travel partners are on track to meet month-end goals
• Manage trade partner updates and commission plans renewals
• Carry out daily admin duties, including cruising power AS-400 bookings issues special requests
• Maintain agency records and perform SOX control at a booking level
**Requirements**
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus benefits and flexible working hours. If you have a degree-level qualification in Tourism, Business, Administration, or Marketing, and are fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus), we encourage you to apply.
Apart from your academic qualifications, we value proactive and enthusiastic individuals who can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. You should be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with project management and follow-up skills.
