As a Customer Success Manager at Teradata Group, you will be responsible for managing and curating existing customer relationships to drive business growth, customer value, satisfaction, and retention within assigned banking accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish new business relationships with senior/executive management, IT decision makers, and other key stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
- Lead the development of relevant and actionable customer success plans, and partner internally to ensure successful delivery of related services and support functions.
- Drive utilization of Teradata software and services through education and strategy sessions to ensure customers are successful in their adoption of Teradata technology.
- Provide customer education on how to use Teradata solutions to solve their most demanding business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and facilitate the involvement of additional Teradata SMEs and functions.
- Identify and mitigate business churn risks, and devise action plans to prevent and/or overcome.
- Promote new thinking and continuous development and improvement of business practices.
What You'll Work With:
You will work closely with the Latam Sales Team to meet customers' business challenges through the use of data and analytics at scale. You will interact with many of our customers, who rank among the best and largest in their industry, including leading Financial Institutions.
Requirements:
- BA, BS, MBA, or MS in business, technical, or professional discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong exposure and knowledge of the Banking Industry.
- Possess a keen interest in and understanding of developments in data and analytic technologies.
- Experience in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in either a pre-sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity in a frequently changing environment.
- Excellent organizational and people skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities across multiple customers.
- Spanish/English language skills.
- Domestic & International Travel will be a pre-requisite for this role.

- The ability to lead, advise, and advocate for customers.
- Previous experience selling data and analytic solutions is desirable.
