About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Helpware team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company that specializes in providing top-notch Customer Experience and Operational Support to modern businesses.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and technical problems through various channels, including web portal, live sessions, and telephone. They will also document all technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge sharing platforms.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3-5 years' experience in Technical Support or a similar position in a software company. You should also have 3+ years of experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to understand complex systems and think critically to develop solutions for isolating root causes. Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service are essential.
